Absolutely horrible experience. I had checked out via the app and was advised all I had to do was find a drop box for the key. There was none, and the staff member was incredibly rude and demanded a photo copy of my drivers license, my phone number, and some form of deposit. While I was polite throughout the entire encounter, the woman was rude and resulted in shouting when I declined the additional information demanded of me. My wife and I (mostly my wife) rent uHaul's at least once a month due to her real estate business, but I will never pickup or drop off from this location ever again.

JOHN LMy locations changed without my knowledge, I had to call to be sure I was going to the right place. Upon arrival they stated they did not have a reservation for me or a U-Haul for me until the next day. After going back and forth with a very rude worker, I was finally able to receive a truck, pushing me an hour behind my schedule.
DAjanae SCan make sure that the actual drop off location matches what the customers AND SUPPORT are shown to be the drop off location. This is a completely different gas station than it states. Personnel inside was rude and acknowledged that it was wrong online but did not offer any solution or apologize for the inconvenience incurred.
