I would like to share my recent experience with one of your rental vehicles, which unfortunately raised some serious concerns regarding safety and cleanliness. Shortly after entering the vehicle, I noticed a strange odor. While it was unpleasant, I chose to ignore it and began driving. However, after some time, I realized there was a fly or bee inside the vehicle. It kept flying toward my face and hands, making the drive extremely uncomfortable and distracting. This situation posed a clear safety risk, as it required my full attention to avoid any mishap. Once I had the opportunity, I pulled over, opened the doors, and the insect flew out. I strongly recommend that vehicles be thoroughly inspected and cleaned before being handed over to customers. Issues like this, though they may seem minor, can lead to dangerous situations on the road. If needed, I can provide a picture of the insect that was in the vehicle. Based on this experience, I would be reluctant to recommend this service to others unless steps are taken to improve the cleanliness and condition of the vehicles.
