Hello your service team did not provide any help in anything I asked the gas was at 3 quarters of gas in Harrisburg pa when we picked it up he also had no knowledge of any uhaul standers I want to speak with the manager of this uhaul rental his service was not grade a more like a d minusColleen S.

Tyler McCarthy is the rudest person I have ever dealt with, I am 70 years old and he treated me like I was nothing. I would never suggest anyone to deal with this jerk, I just moved to this town, we returned our other rental at a different location, they were great and said this guy is known to treat costumers this way.Marge C.
Take pictures on your phone when you return your vehicle. I got charged for cleaning a perfectly clean truck because I couldn't get the app to complete the check out. Thanks to my pictures and help from Britany at customer service I got the charge refunded. Do not assume that you won't be charged unless you can prove it is clean with your own photos.betty M.
The man in charge of the U haul operation at this location was less than helpful and not a polite person. The uhaul hours posted claimed it opened at 9am. I showed up two different times after 9 am that morning and the first time he said he was too busy to help or even think about the uhaul desk and sent me away. The second time about 1.5 to 2 hours later still in the morning said the same thing and said he refused to help me until 2pm. He said "it doesn't matter what the uhaul hours are, its when I want to do it". There was no one else in the store both times I was there, just him and I. I ended up having to use someone else's phone to return the truck because mine would not allow me to do the sharing of location.RYAN L.

Since this was my drop-off location, it was also closed by the time I arrived - they are an independent business with a U-Haul Department so while the business was still open, the U-Haul side wasn't. Therefore I had to complete the return on my phone.Charles O.

should notify the customer they need to check the truck back in electronically before they leave with it so they take a picture of the mileage and fuel before dropping the keys. Also ensure you have cell service or wifi availableTammie C.
I was charged and additional 50 dollars for a cleaning and after hours service fee. I returnrd the vehicle in EXACTLY the same condition i picked it up in and in no way shape or form was I advised that there would also be an after hours service fee. I was advised to leave the keys in a drop box after I explained in advance I would be returning the vehicle after they were closed. This kind of practice is very sneaky and deceptive. I took pictures of the vehicle when i dropped it off in case since the interior was covered in mud when i picked it up. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!Robert B.
The van trailer I picked up was extremely dirty outside. The fenders had a lot of built up dirt and the sides were covered with road grime. I took it to the car wash to clean it myself. The inside was clean.Lee W.
This Cargo van was in pretty poor condition. The windshield had pieces of tape applied to the top where the window gasket holds the window in place. It was noisy when driving and did not stop water from coming into the vehicle when raining. There was also an odd loud noise coming from the rear of the van I could not find the location of the vibration but it was almost unbearable when driving. We did notice a cable hanging from the underside of the van when we inspected it to find the noise. Not sure this is what was making it but It certainly could be a hazard when driving. Not what I would expect from a new cargo van. The vehicle was not very clean either. The person who helped was very tolerant and professional as there were two other customers behind me who complained for over 15 min while he tried to get the rental contract completed.Dispite already doing an early check in and uploading my DL info and pictures of my license (Computer issues I think) I rent from U-Haul all the time (Corporate Account) and even vans with over 40 thousand miles on them were in better shape then this new van. Very disappointed in the overall experience with the equipment although the service of the B&D Pools and spa representative was very professional.jim S.
The U-HAUL website was down for about an hour. Even though we reserved, filled out forms, gave our credit card and received a confirmation/reservation number, we had to wait over 30 minutes to get the truck. Not a good way to start a day. Apparently, the people working for U-HAUL say it happens all the time with U-HAUL. :(J R.
I am a local business owner, and have rented from this location many times in the past. The manager of this location has always been a very unpleasant, rude and unfriendly person. This last Friday there was a mistake on a trailer reservation where I rented it for 24 hours, but he said it was only for 6. He rudely said "If you cant have it back by 2pm I can't rent it to you"... A proper way to serve customers would be to offer to find a location nearby that could offer a 24 hour rental. (Last year Da Vals Automotive in Lansdale PA did exactly that to help me). When I asked him if he could transfer my reservation to a nearby Uhaul, he very rudely said "No, I can't do that". When I told him that I know he can, that they've done it for me previously, he literally told me to leave the store and never come back. Not to mention he always gives out a piece of paper that he prints himself that states if you don't use the online check-in when you return the rental, that he will charged $20 extra. He says it's Uhaul policy... But this is the only Uhaul I've ever received this notice. This is no way to run a business or treat customers. Look at his Uhaul reviews. Any positive service reviews are when the other ladies are working the Uhaul counter, as the employees tend to be very nice and courteous. Stay away from B&D Pool and Spa.Preston K.

The truck we had, L'il Sammy, had a heat knob that was missing. It was stuck on and with the sun out (one of the rare occasions) it was hot! My left elbow kept hitting the door when I tried to turn the wheel, and the truck needs new shocks! Driving it was an adventure...Christine C.
