I don't often have to use U-Haul, but I much rather prefer U-Haul over other moving rentals. This one was no exception. The guy that runs it here in Oak Ridge is a really good dude. Equipment was organized and well maintained. I had no problems whatsoever was picking up and dropping off the rental. That was very convenient and easy. If I ever have to use a moving equipment rental again it will definitely be U-Haul.

My reservation was a disaster. could not get rid of the truck fast enough
CHRISTOPHER BThe storage lot for rental equipment is not at 133 Tulsa Ln. Save time on pick up/return by called or texting the location and driving directly to their storage lot that is less than a mile away.
David SLot is covered in red clay mud, after hours drop box is broken, drop off location (A Tow) in app is incorrect, key drop off instructions are unclear, and staff called me to complain about where I put the key.
JARON RI have moved a couple of times with this company and they are great and fantastic and I would totally recommend anyone to use them and I will be forever grateful thank you,
