This drop off location was very convenient and easy to find. However, the woman who checked in the equipment was very rude. She was unpleasant when we greeted her, audibly exasperated when I informed her I did not have the U-Haul app (heavy sigh, "well, I guess I'll have to start from the beginning"), then got in the truck, closed the door, and left us standing nearby in the sun while she spent over five minutes repositioning the truck. When she got out she ignored us, so we asked if we were done and she said yes. Really disappointing lack of customer service.

ANDRE DThe woman there was the most rude and unprofessional person I have dealt with in a long time. She asked me if I used the ap and I said no as I forgot my phone. She immediately made it clear that she very put out for having to do her job. She walked out to the truck looked inside both doors for few minutes then walked back to her office without so much as a look or word. I stood there for a while not knowing what was going on then went to the office and asked her if she needed my paperwork. She said no so I said are we done and she then said yes. Totally unsatisfactory for a person working with the public! Will never use that place again nor recommend to anyone. In fact, I am thinking about doing a yelp review.
