This was not my preferred pick up. I was only notified one day before that the pick location was changed. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Cursing rep. When we got our truck who didn't even know where stuff was. Then they locked us out when we got there to turn it in. Not to mention he just opened the door took the key did not verify anything and then charges us for gas. When we just added gas to the half tank mark at the 7-11 less than a mile down the road. Ripped off and will never use this again

Dottie and Kylie were wonderful employees who went above and beyond their normal work. They were extremely helpful and without hesitation offered their assistance to me because I had no one to help me with my unloading of some furniture. This place is so clean and well kept. The truck I wanted was not available so they ‘upgraded' me to a larger truck. I was told the larger truck was going to be at the same cost as the one I reserved, I think I was charged for this. Not the fault of this location at all, just aggravating.

Good service except they tried to charge me for for gas because when I got truck it had 1/4 tank and I dropped it off with a 1/4 tank said it was full when I picked it up and it was not!

Tell them this is a great storage facility, very cool inside...airwise and easy loading dock and carts. Very nice place to rent a uhaul and store at same time if you need to.
