Originally when I first arrived I felt unwelcomed and was told the restroom was broken and that is why I rated the score because I was told it was out of order but then was later told it was working and that I could wait inside and use the restroom but I let them know my Uber was already on the way.

Had a long wait due to no internet connection from the person at the counter. The place had bullet proof shields at the counter. The computer was r3eally r3eally old and slow.
Jackson SPickup took a long time because the employee did not know how to check out the uHaul. Then they charged us $160 separately, which they weren't supposed to do. I spent an hour when returning the truck trying to get the $160 charge reversed. Also, the location did not have the blankets and dollies that I had ordered.
John RWe had to do everything online and there was no one there at the time we dropped it off. We also were told to go to one location and then had to go to another. Not good service.
