The area designated for the U-Haul is in not the best area of town. It is not the clearest as to where to drop the vehicle off. We dropped it off on a Sunday, I tried to call Customer service, and they said to call back during business hours. We were not sure we were in the right place.

Make sure the location has the extra equipment that is ordered on the website, or contact the customer if they are not able to provide what is needed. Had to go to another location to fulfill the requirement on the morning of the move. Also if you would start the U-Haul rental with a full gas tank the customer would be able to return the truck with a full tank instead of guessing how many gallons to put back into the truck. “A little over half a tank” is not a very accurate estimate to try to return the truck with the same gas that it started with.
