M&B Quick Mart was closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. We had to wait approximately 1/2 hour to re-open. Employee was talking on the phone the entire check out process. He would suspend my check out and wait on other customers. Process took well over 20 minutes. The employee did not engage with me except to ask for personal information for the application. No "thank you" or anything. I reserved 12 moving blankets, only 2 were available. The Quick mart was old and dirty. Not a very nice experience at all.Daryl W.

I was sent to another location to get a truck and was told I could return it to any location. I chose the U-Haul place closets to my home and returned the truck there. The lady at the counter didn't check anything and told me just to leave the keys with the men outside. Then I get a charge of $190 for returning it to the wrong place. The lady should have checked me in and gone over this with me. Now I'm out $190 which I will be disputing with my bank and I will NEVER use uhaul again! This was the worst experience I have ever had!! Zero stars for them! I am very upset with the lack of communication and laziness of the staff! The location was 2 miles away from the pickup location and I was told I could return it to anyone. Had I known this charge would occur I would have driven the extra 2 miles and returned the truck to the original pick up location. I was blown off by the lady working the counter and now I'm out $190. I need that money to complete my move! I'm just discussed with this lack of communication! In addition to this, I was charged for 2 gallons of gas even though I put the truck above what I started with. This has been the worst experience I have ever had!Susan D.

I preregistered before I picked up still had to stand around waiting for half an hour while the paperwork/contract was done. I was then told I could not return the trailer to this same location. I tried to return the trailer to 2 different locations only to end up back at the pickup location. Stood around another 30 minutes while the clerk tried to get a hold of someone at Hual only to be told I could drop the trailer there. I spent an extra 1 1/2 and 30 miles trying to return the trailer. I rent from haul pretty regularly and this was the worst experience I have ever had.John P.
The guy working when i attempted to return the trailer was not helpfull. He told me he was not accepting trailers as he had too many. I checked my reservation and confirmed that i had a local rental with return to his location. He then told me that his system was down and he could not help me but i could leave it if i wanted. I left the trailer and went home. After getting home i attempted to find a number to call to find someone to check in the trailer. That is when i discovered that i could check in myself on line but i had to do so via phone at the uhaul store with location turned on my phone. So...i had to drive back to the store to check in wasting another hour. All of this could have been avoided if the guy at the store was not lazy and actually helped my.
