Truck was very dirty. There were dirty coffee mugs left in the truck and it's quite clean nobody cleaned inside cabin. There was also something spilled from previous renters and console was very sticky and dirty. During a pandemic I had expected the company to take some sort of cleaning protocols after each rental but it was clear that it was not cleaned in quite some time.

The couple that runs this location were very efficient. Our reservation flawless. The truck we ordered was ready when we arrived. They explained everything well. Our checkout when we returned the truck was great also. No hidden charges. We highly recommend this location.

Was treated very poorly by the owner of the store would never rent from there again tried to charge me for a dirty van gave me a piece of paper towel to clean it. Called me a liar and wasn't wearing a MASK. Never sanitized the van.
