Everything went mostly smoothly , my husband had to help the guy get all the needed information to return the truck. He might have been new. No complaints.

They were pleasant and helpful
GREGG BI returned the vehicle at 8:46 as per the receipt which is during the return time i am charged 20$ for late return time. How is it possible i need my whole money back and need a complaint against the location.
HARSHIT BThe check in process took almost half an hour. The only person who knew how to check in bookings was not at this location at the time so I had to give my secure information to somebody over the phone. Also the vehicle had half drank water bottles all over the front cab and little bits of garbage and metal objects all over the back cargo area. Pretty disappointing and will definitely choose another location in the future.
Kacey RStaff at Simcoe location was very helpful. She helped to resolve rental quoted price issue along with other U-haul staff over the phone.
