Truck had broken glass all over the floor, We had to sweep it up before we could start to load. Other than that, the truck was in good shape and everything went well. The person behind the counter was very good and explained everything well. Other than the glass, we were very satisfied.

I filled back up with gas to level I began with and still charged for fuel..app sucks..other than that..ok
Eric R.I was so disappointed with this location. I have used Uhaul a few times and this was my worst experience. Firstly, the attendant had such a fowl attitude. Secondly, I paid for a dolly which was never given to me and when I informed the attendant on my return, he asked me why I didn't inform him before my trip. I'm sure he was expected to read the order request and prepare the accordingly. Thirdly, the back of the truck was filled tiny pieces of broken glass everywhere. I'm assuming the truck is supposed to be cleaned prior to giving it out. Then there was the issue of the mileage recorded. I had used this truck for a total of 18,8 km, I had mentioned to the attendant that I was only going 10/15 away to pick up something. I made no extra stops and went exactly where I had planned but for some reason, the mileage results he calculated came up as 32 km. I have no idea how that would have been. I really would like more clarification on this. I'm upset and disappointed not to mention distraught by the whole experience.
