Shawn B.The pick up location was a perfect 5 star.. BUT!!!!!! UHaul the company is a huge disappointment... We rented an Auto Transporter for a week end. Bought all the insurances offered. We also paid extra for a one way package. In under 2 hours, we had the trailer back to the original uhaul location because the vehicle we went to pick up was incorrect. We were still charged in full for the weekend, the one way and the insurance. I totally understand this situation is of no fault of U Haul but to not offer credit for future use or at the very least, adiscount of some sort. Most businesses these days understand the value of customer satisfaction. The way U Haul handled this situation is a bit baffling. However, I guess we chalk this one up as a hard lesson learned..
