Not sure why, but there was some confusion when I showed up to get the truck that the store owner thought the rental was to be returned back at this store. He made a phone call and got it cleared up, but it was a stress moment that didn't need to be added at that point. As you can know, moving has a lot of different parts that all have to come together to get the job done.

I was scheduled to pick up the van at 10am. I did the 24/7 pick up and when I got there at 10:07 I checked in and the website said I had to wait until 11:30 when the store opened. I had my 3 year I'll in the car and had to wait for an hour. The gentleman was nice enough and he let me have the an all day but then when I brought it back uhaul tried to charge me for 2 days worth, even though I knly had the car for around 5 hours.
