The staff were friendly but didn't know how to take a trailer off the hitch which seems like a pretty basic thing for them to know if they're accepting U-Haul trailers.
KENNETH JWas in a hurry to find a vehicle to carry a piece of furniture. The cargo van was in excellent condition. The owner of the store was straightforward and welcoming. Quick efficient. That's all you need !
PASCALE BOrdered the 10ft truck online. Recieved a call the next day to say that it was unavailable. Had to spend more money on the 15ft truck. Website should only allow customers to book available trucks. When I arrived at the pick up location, there was a 10ft truck in the parking lot. 10ft trucks should be more available in Ottawa.
Adam MUhaul was not clean , very dirty . It is full of bad odours.
