Self check in needs work. App wouldn't let me sign in because it couldn't verify location and there's no way to bypass. Self return was difficult because the photo instructions are printed on the sample photos making the instructions almost impossible to ready in sunlight. Very small changes to your app would greatly improve the overall experience

Mir NTook forever to pickup truck and app struggled to go through turn in truck crashing multiple times and was never able to take pictures of the truck. Extra 30 min taken to pickup and 20 for drop off in issues with app.
