Assigned vehicle for mobile pickup was blocked in. Alternate vehicle was partially blocked and had to be jockeyed around to get it out of the space. Both were blocked by other U-Haul trucks.Kevin S.

I was charged the wrong amount and to get it corrected had to call Corporate. Was put on hold for at least twenty minutes and then it still had to go someplace else for fixing. Takes days to correct a billing.Don Z.
The truck was fine - the app was not. It took us an hour and two different 800 U-Haul operators to get us through and correct problems with the app. We had an after hours pick-up and the app was way to complex and non-functional. It didn't recognize my password which had to be corrected. Then other problems but thankfully we were able to get it completed and get the key.Tom H.
I can not tell you anything about this location since there was no one there to check in with on a Saturday. I had to do the entire check in from my cell phone. You should be paying me, for having to check it in on my own using my personal cell phone to do it!scott P.

Not promise quick check in and even though I went on line and went through the process, I still had to deal with checking in and sign paperwork.
