It was painfully slow, 20 minutes to get checked in. Agent did not use a mask. At the end of the day it was far too expensive, I should have rented from a car rental place and saved myself $50 because I spent $92 to use a cargo van for 3 hours.

Plans had to change after pick up the truck. I was charged $60.75 for about 90 minutes and 11 miles. I believe this to be excessive.

Your mileage counter was off! Truck was rented to us as 'full of gas' but it was 1/8 low when we rented it. Also the mileage counter said we used just under 4 gallons gas, but took 7 gallons to refill to 'full'. Kinda feel ripped off by that, but other than that BS, i'm all ok w/ Uhaul for this move.

Everyone is freaking out because of covid 19. Customers feeling like they are dirty or something. The 6 ft rule is a joke. People walk right next to each other shopping but yet at checkout your supposed to stand 6 feet apart. It really makes no sense, obviously something coming from this idiocy in the whitehouse.
