I did have trouble with signing into the website, so I had to call the 800 number for assistance. The man that I spoke to was not very nice and was quite rude.

Make sure all lights work on equipment before renting it out to customers, had to change trailers because lights did not work on 1st 1 And since tongue does not have a jack on them it makes it very heavy to lift to hook up!
We were charged for a furniture dolly and did not receive it with our truck. We picked up on a Saturday and could not get ahold of any workers from the location.
Contrary to many of the reviews I have seen regarding this location, I have used Carroll's multiple times and have been very impressed with their professional courtesy. With this rental, there was a discrepancy in the amount of fuel in the tank and what the records reflected but it was very easily resolved by notifying the agent at Carroll's of the difference, who immediately notified her ASM and the change was made electronically before I returned the truck.
There was an extra day charge and we returned it a day early. I sent an email and have not heard back on it yet
We were given a quote then it turned out to be more when picked up. We were told we couldn't return a trailer to this location because of the extra mileage charges. Ashley finally got someone to agree to a small refund to compensate for charging is double what we were told. I appreciate her efforts but we should have been informed correctly to begin with. And, not their fault at all, bit the orig9nal dropped location had moved and we spent forever trying to figure out what to do. We wasted a lot of precious time. And why does uhaul insist on forcing us to pay for 2 days when we were only going less than 200 miles? We had it less than 24 hours but had to pay for 2 days because uhaul says that is what we have to do?????? Ridiculous.

The return app did not work. Was on hold for almost an hour. Called in the following morning and this location took care of the check in very quickly and were also very helpful.
Verify equipment with customer. I request counter check-out, but was asked to verify equipment myself by mobile.
Would answer the phone. Took me three days to get ahold of these clowns
The vehicle tow dolly had a bad and rigged up strap. It was the main strap for the tire to the Dolly'. Not their fault I didn't notice till they were closed and we had to leave and it still worked.
You need to put stabilizing legs on your trailers so they don't tetertotter, something that folds down.
The staff at location went above and beyond to help me get the trailer and ensure i was satisfied. Will go there again for my next uhaul needed. Shelley Innes
It would be better if the drop box was by the entrance to the business, instead of by the entrance to the garage
I am not tech savvy but this location was easy to locate. We had a small challenge trying to get the lock off , but that's cus we were turning it wrong. How many idiots does it take to unlock a lock? Got the truck with ease overall.

Charged two days only had 24 hours. OVERCHARGED
They just sat at the desk while I inspected & hooked up everything. Oil was at 0% life which cost me more in fuel & definitely wasn't good for the truck.
I think the mileage rate is too high. I kept the truck local and my mileage charge was more than my rental. I will borrow trailers next time.
You NEED to have agreed equipment rented at AGREED LOCATION and time!! Also, we had to pass THREE other Uhaul locations to return truck because the closer locations were not an option online for return.
This is the second time I have had to deal with this location in one week. The management is obscenely lazy and unhelpful. The first time, they didn't assist in unhooking the dolly and what really made me mad was that they refused to refund my 75.00 dollar cash deposit and said that UHaul would send me a check in 4 to 6 weeks. They tried to keep my rental receipt and smirking at me as I was giving my opinion concerning the situation, while telling me that there isn't anything that they can do about it. I hate these people and this location. Today, I returned my second dolly in two days that I rented yesterday at 4:30 in Mansfield, Texas. The woman at the return tried to charge me for an extra day and would not come out and unhook my dolly, which, to my understanding they are required by uhaul to do. If there is any way possible in the future, I do not ever wish to do business with this location again. I will choose another city as a drop off again. Genuinely disappointed at how they treat customers.
