The employees at this location are beyond helpful. I was really happy, because nowadays, there's not that many happy customer service agents who will go out of their way to help you. I want to personally thank Juan. The U-Haul truck was also ready when I got there. The whole experience was great.

First, Jenny from the Rosamond Uhaul was such a big help! I had a reservation for a smaller truck and she went out of her way to help locate a larger one! She was so very helpful! The lady who helped us pick up this truck at this location was extremely helpful as well! Such a great experience compared to a year ago! Thank you!
Rebecca SThis was not my original pick-up location and I was not happy to hear I needed to do use the app to complete the pick-up. It did not help that the code provided on the app did not match the lock on the key box (I received an alphabetical code and the lock was numerical) and having to place multiple calls to U-Haul to complete the pick-up felt excessively ridiculous. A quick pick-up turned into a 45-min drive out of my way AND an hour on the phone with a U-Haul representative.
