it doesn't matter what the location was like on either lace, your reasoning for charging me even when I am not using or in possession of your equipment is ridiculous! I am being charged for the trailer even now and you may be renting to someone else right now while I am paying for it at the same time and not using it! This is robbery at its best.. I have read the contract and it does not state anything about charging me even when I am not using it. It says nothing about 4 days minimum use charge? This is what your representatives stated to me when asking for the adjustment to me be made! I spoke to extremely rude employees who have some lame idea of what the law is!!!! I get upset and mention a law suite to correct the situation, I did not file one!!!!! This does not give them the right to hang up on me because I said the words law suit!!!!As a matter of fact they are just words that I can use to express my future intent if I am not taken care of!! The second lady laughed and said I can complain to my youtube followers all I want about the bad ethics and service of Uhaul, not even expressing empathy or under standing in a ridiculous rule to advantage Uhaul and steel from customers!!! Again the contract I signed did not stipulate an automatic 4 day billing for 2 days! This is a violation of the Washington Consumer protection act!
