GREGORY EWorst rental place ever, was my first time renting from them and they over charged me $68.88 even tho I paid for a 100mil for $108 and I didn’t even go over the 100mil, they told me if I brought it back a earlier timing from the timing I got to bring it back they would’ve gave me money back and I brought it back wayyy earlier than the timing they gave me, with more gas that they gave me and the truck clean with no accident because I only wanted it for a couple hours and he gave me to bring it back the next day I brought it back in the night and left it. Would NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!
LAMAUR BI had reserved a cargo van. When I arrived the van was not on site. Apparently, one of the staff had checked it out and not returned. Fortunately, I was in a vehicle that could tow a trailer. To their credit, the location did work with me to make a trailer available. We were able to salvage the move, but not with the same flexibility that I wanted when I reserved a separate cargo van. The Uhaul website says you guarantee my rental will be available when I arrive or you will give me $50. As far as I am concerned, you owe me $50.
