For starters, when the i returned the truck. The guy that was working did not check the vehicle in as being returned. I was charged for another day. I did not appreciate that at all. Also was told I had to wait a couple of days to get a refund. I returned the vehicle the same day. I will not use u- haul in Paramus again.

This Location provided a vehicle with no gas and no equipment for applicance which was rented in advance and paid for. I sent them an email for the Gas had to fill with at attached reciept both while returning the UHaul and also as an attached in my email. Its now 5 days and no response from UHaul. I will wair two days and then direct my credit card company to reverse the excess charges they have charged me.
Leslie PNo truck when I arrived, had to go to another location, no dolly as ordered, went to a third location, said they didn’t have our reservation for the dolly, only had appliance dolly, had waited an extra half hour in line. Took almost 3 hours. A disaster
Lori MIt would be best to advise all transactions take place on the App. There is time required ( 10-15 minutes at both pickup and drop off required to take and upload photos to the app. The time required to perform the housekeeping task should not be included in an hourly rental
