Harry kLocation was great. Someone screwed up again. When I sent in DL info the truck was rented to me so when I actually tried to pick it up I could not access the acceptance info. Three phone calls taking 35 min first hung up on after 15 min wait second call lady said go to uhaul .com. Did not work. Third call told me to go inside deal with storage company. He phoned they told him I had rented it already. Took me out to get key from box. Of course that did not help as was not the problem. No body listened. We went back in he called again and 5 min later I was taking pictures and accepting the truck. I was late getting truck because of this and missed picking up stuff I rented truck for. This is third pretty big screw up from U-Haul in the last 6 or 7 rentals. They have to listen to our problems.
