I needed a larger trailer and I reserved over the phone a pick-up truck and a trailer but when I got to the store it wasn't the trailer was to small I was moving a tractor and we could get it in we had to take off the mowing deck it wasn't easy and I had to put back on and the price over the phone was allot less then what I payed so I'm not happy with your company I never had a problem with you guys before

I booked a cargo van for two days. Picked up on Friday evening 6.30 pm. At the time of pick up, I was told by staff that if I can return vehicle before 5 pm as they closed then. I confirmed to be returned before 5 pm on Sunday. Staff said he will put 1 pm. I said it's ok but before 5 pm for sure. He never informed me that putting 1 pm return time, is mandatory, and if I return after that I will be charged extra, even my 2 days booking will end at 6.30 pm by Sunday. When I went to return the vehicle by 3.45 pm on Sunday, I was charged 79$ a day instead 19.95 a day. When I asked the reason, I was told that I am late to return the vehicle so I am charged extra rate. Though my 48 hours does not end before Sunday 6.30 pm. But due to the staff miss handling and not be very clear to explain the customer, I have to pay $158 vs $39.80. I feel like being cheated by the location. I was never informed that how important that 1 pm registering in system . Very unprofessional. I am using this location since 2010 , but now I will never go to u haul for renting van.

Uhaul itself is a horrible company. The passenger window shattered as I went over a ditch in the road. I bought the insurance provided and was told on the phone BY UHAUL that the damage would be covered, and now they are making me pay 600 dollars for a windshield that broke without fault of my own. The woman on the phone claimed that old Uhaul windows will break very easily sometimes and it was not my fault, but now I am being charged. Also, the man at the Uhaul location I spoke to about this matter was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Will never be purchasing through Uhaul again. Just to clarify, it was not the Stunph road location that we had issues with. We had issues with the Uhaul closest to Metro hospital in Cleveland.

It is unfortunate that this survey is only for this location and not my overall Uhaul experience. This location did a great job of getting me a truck and helping me save money in the process. I would have rated it excellent if the person who I dropped it off to was trained a little better. My initial pickup location at Sunoco on W.130th though made me question ever wanting to use Uhaul again.

There was only 2 people working and 1 out of the 2 was a new employee. Had to wait a little to pickup the truck. No fault of the employees. Maybe this location might consider hiring more people.

Checking the truck out using my smart phone was useless, because I still had to go inside and wait in line for the keys and get paperwork. Checking it in using my phone was a little better, but I still needed to go inside to drop off the keys.

The employee we dealt with to pay for the truck initially was unprofessional and knew nothing of the system that was used to make the purchase. She didn’t inform us of anything... literally nothing by way of how and when to drop off the vehicle as well as drop off locations and etiquette. She also didn’t inform me as to the charges there would be after the original cost. Worst experience with a moving company/ vehicle rental company I’ve ever had. I will not be using U-Haul in any foreseeable future. TRAIN YOU EMPLOYEES. OFFER ALL INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE. Have the employees walk you out to the vehicle not just say it’s in the parking lot in some random lettered/ numbered space we have never seen before. Do away with scheduled drop off locations....
