STEPHANIE P.We were using the van to Move. It broke down after we got it loaded. No one at this location would answer. I finally reached someone at the 800 number online. They sent someone to fix the van and it took five hours to get there and another hour to fix it. Our movers were gone by the time we got to the new location. Then the next day I returned the van at the same location and waited 30 minutes for someone to get there to return the keys to him and then several hours laters uhaul was calling me to return the van. They didn't process the return. I asked the 800 number agent for one day refund for the hassle caused and they said the location would call and they still haven't.
