Everything was terrible. My first pickup location was scheduled and confirmed the equipment would be there and available. The place was closed and looked like it had been for some time. The second location had to be picked up using my phone. It would not work. The person that answered the phone to help me was incompetent and could not resolve the issue. The second that I talked to did resolve the issue. It is STUPID that someone in my family needs to know that I am renting a vehicle. It is a VIOLATION of my privacy! I did not have the additional documents available at pick up as I was not advised that I would need them prior to arrival.

Problems checking in the rental. I was accused of being late with the return. I was actually an hour early. The vehicle was returned on Saturday and the location physically checked the rental in on Monday. I had to call corporate on four occasions to complain about the return destination.

Stephanie PMy reservation was for 11:30 when my husband and I arrived the cashier didn’t know how to get in uhaul login and asked me to come back at 2pm I’m like what called uhaul and left . Came back at 2 had issues getting the truck due to the next cashier didn’t see our reservation and didn’t know how to look it up with reservation number. Finally got truck and an hour later when I got my reciept by e-mail the millage was totally wrong been called everyday since the day I rented they said a manager would call me back I have yet to hear from uhaul
Charles MThe application showed a utility dolly available along with medium sized moving boxes but when I arrived the representative said none were available and that they never have them. She kept suggesting that I cancel the order all together and go somewhere else.
