Lawrence J.We completed everything on -line to make it quick however, it took us 45 minutes to pick up our trailer. They wouldn't let us take the trailer because they weren't sure our F-250 could pull a 6x12 trailer. They had to call to get additional permission. Then we were asked for a 3rd form of idea because we had a South Carolina drivers licenses and picking up the trailer in Florida and returning it to South Carolina. From start to finish it was not a pleasant experience and should have never taken 45 minutes to rent a trailer.
