This location was great - - - less happy with U-haul in general. I ended up renting this trailer local, hauling it empty 12 hours to load the car and haul it back 12 hours. Did this because U-haul required that if I rent the trailer one way I am REQUIRED to get it for 4 days because that is what someone in Risk Management thought was a good idea. Return it early - sorry no refund - - but please return it as soon as you can. Stupid corporate idea. I would have rented a truck and car hauler and had my son load up his car and tow it home - - but same stupid policy required a 5 day rental for a 1 day trip.
THAD P.The counter person was new and no one was available to assist him in the transaction. availability and maintained his composure until he got through the transaction and was very apologetic for the time it took as this was very embarrassing for him. I do not fault him at all as this is a lack of training and assistance availibility.
