The cab interior had food crums all over. Could not see out of the windows - filthy with greasy finger prints. The brakes would surge on stopping (warped drum I presume). Took me an HOUR to get the app to work. "internal error", wouldn't accept photos. Had to call support 3 times. Never again.

Robert HLove the easy pickup thru the website and hide a key. Would definitely recommend this site and process to someone else.
Kaye BI returned the truck early but could not access the key drop. I had to return with the key later when they opened.
Shawn MActually have the keys in the lock box at the time requested. Then have the equipment I ordered in the truck and then somehow I still get charged for the equipment that wasn’t in the truck. Then no one is ever in the actual building so I can’t talk to anyone in person.
