CHRISTINE RVery upset and disappointed with the condition of the rental. Pickup location stated that truck was dropped off with no fuel in it. They had to use gas cans to get fuel in it. The fuel gauge read between 1/8 & 1/4 tank. The rental agreement said it was at 1/4 tank. The windshied was filthy inside and outside. Tried to clean the outside with the windshield wash but it was empty as well. I am going to assume that this truck was never checked in properly for the next rental. I have rented from U-haul multiple times in the past and have NEVER received a truck in this condition. I am very disappointed with this rental experience. This does not reflect well on the U-haul name and reputation.
