Had to drop the trailer by myself even though they were open. I couldn't pick up the tongue due to weight and a little slope. Lucky for me, my truck has adjustable suspension. I was able to find some lumber to prop up the tongue and lowered my truck to remove the trailer from the hitch.

SCOTT DThe U-Haul app is completely user non friendly. I was to pick my truck at 7:30am… I was almost 30 minutes trying to pick up using the app… continually locks up. Terrible app.

LUIS SI tried to get rent a truck in my hometown of Washington, indiana and they did not have one available and no one was at the location to help me and this was mid morning Having to go to Petersburg caused me extra mileage and I had to get a larger truck, when there was the smaller truck sitting on the lot in Washington and it sat there all day!
