This comment is in no way to shed a bad light on 925 Service Center because the manager/owner was a GREAT help and beyond kind. After not receiving notification of my original pick-up location not having the equipment, not receiving a courtesy call to change locations, I had to make the call and speak to several U-haul representatives, multiple times to try to figure out which location would be most convenient (going West-bound) we had to settle on 925 Service Center. U-haul assured us they were open on a Sunday afternoon. After traveling nearly an hour to the North East, 925 Service Center was closed. Again, several calls were made to U-haul and a representative insisted they “should†be open. After waiting for about 40 minutes and not wanting to go the exhausting suggested route of heading further north to another U-haul location, the owner of 925 Service Center came by ONLY because his associate had left the door unlocked to which he saw me on the camera footage opening and looking for assistance. He informed us they were closed on Sundays, but nonetheless assisted us for the next hour hooking up the trailer to our RV.
