Customer service was great... very helpful. Allowed me to change reservation to 24 hrs instead of 6 with no extra charge! Only drawback was they didn't take my card when I got there BUT, gave a small cash deposit and even got money back when I returned it. Just wish I could afford to rent from them for a one way long distance move. Definately recommend them for daily local use.

Well.. The service was excellent.. the truck was perfect for our purposes, was clean, and worked very well. The only "complaint" I have is that your advertising is a might bit deceptive.. The truck rental itself was $39.90 for two days - but with all the additional charges (some plain - but others veiled) the bill came to $94.98.. That is almost two and a half times the rental fee. I don't think that demonstrates transparency in advertising - Do you?

I wanted a 10’ ft truck because the rate was better. During the booking process there was a line that said the 9’ van was gonna be on standby. Next thing I know I’m being charged for a 9’ van... I most likely won’t use U-Haul anymore

Make sure the trucks are looked over before renting them. After I had already given my card and ran it through, I was then notified there may be slight rain in truck after few days of heavy rain. Opened the back and there was a literal puddle in the back. I had to then go out and buy a sheet to place down so my furniture didn’t get wet after dumping the water out. Other than that, the truck was okay. The people at stowaway are beyond great. But the location sucks due to the one way. I had to do circles over and over up and down th highway. Miss the exit cause of an idiot driver cutting you off.? Gotta drive another ten minutes just to get back to the storage unit.
