You need to improve your pickup by phone program. It cannot read my PA license and in the end I could not complete the rental with my phone and nearly timed out of my reservation. I needed help from the wonderful, outstanding manager, Dave but if this were a weekend I would not have been able to rent the van.

In the future, if i rent from U-Haul ( I would consider a difference vendor because if this) I will make certain I deal with a human being. The entire process was a pain in the ass.
