I was charged $150 for a â€œlostâ€ dolly. The dolly was in the back of the truck when I left it, and it was in the same condition as when I got it. Either the agent didnâ€™t inspect the truck right after I left it and it was stolen, or she lied about it to make money on the side. I am extremely upset about this and considering legal representation for the â€œtheftâ€ of over $ 160.00 that I can ill afford.

Did not have the truck I reserved The truck had a blowout midway through my move
They check the truck, was friendly and respectful.
Nobody was there when i got there so i cant really speak on it.
My reservation was made for a 10â€™ truck at this location, which I confirmed. However, when I arrived to pick it up, it was for a 15â€™ truck in Jacksonville, AL (15 miles away). I had to call Jacksonville to cancel that reservation (in order to make the CORRECT reservation) but their system was down and they told me to call 1-800-Uhaul, which isnâ€™t an actual full number, therefore wouldnâ€™t dial. So I was given another number (with a local area code), where the woman was trying to tell me Iâ€™d have to DRIVE to Jacksonville, 15 miles away. By this point, Iâ€™d lost my patience. I had made the reservation AND confirmed it, but somehow on YOUR end, the reservation was changed to a completely different location with a completely different size truck AND the woman I spoke with on the phone was not trying to fix the problem, rather tell ME to drive 15 miles farther for ME to fix a problem made on YOUR end. So when I became upset with the woman on the phone with Uhaul, who wasnâ€™t trying to fix THEIR mistake, she threatened to terminate the call. She did finally fix the problem which was created on YOUR side, and could not be nice or apologetic about it. The girl at the store was very nice, and apologetic, but everyone else in the line was not helpful, much less friendly, while trying to fix YOUR mistake. AND caused me to be late meeting my movers. I will not rent from Uhaul again. I will drive farther and rent from enterprise, as they have always been helpful and friendly.

Uhaul was dirty inside and person checking uhaul out didnâ€™t know what she was doing, they said she was new but as a manager in the past I know you donâ€™t turn employees loose on their own until they know exactly what theyâ€™re doing or you work with them. Also had uhaul reserved for two weeks and it took 40 minutes to get truck, if it wasnâ€™t going to be any faster I should have just waited until that day to get it and wouldnâ€™t have wasted two days coming in to reserve it. Word of advice, donâ€™t let untrained employees run your most busy day it could ruin your business!
Rental process took too long. Even though I had reserved it online, still took 45 minutes from the time I arrived until I was in the truck.
I reserved the truck locally in the town I lived but ended up having to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick the truck up and return it. Then was charged mileage for that. I felt that was a rip off. Even though the truck says there will be moving pads and a dolly with the truck there was none in the truck. For a local move 40 dollars a day should be sufficient charge and no need to charge a dollar a mile in addition. I know your out to make money, but with the quantity of trucks you rent weekly and when you can't get your truck locally and have to tack on additional mileage to pick up and return that's kind of ridiculous.
Pickup and drop off places were great. From 2015 to 2019 the quality of the trailers had decreased in size, defeating the overall purpose of renting one.
Attach a permanent Jack to units.
Trailer has a hole in roof and damaged a few thousand dollars in furniture

The truck was extremely dirty on the outside. The inside was fine, but smelled like smoke.
The manager CAN rent you the newer, cleaner truck that is the exact same size without any trouble. I was lied to and told that Uhaul assigns these particular vehicles to the customer and that I was stuck with the old, beat up, dirty truck that had trouble starting to move over 300 miles away. They also did not have any of my dollies that I reserved. If you can help it, go directly to the rental pick-up place and do your reservations. Do NOT use the uhaul.com website to do this for you. I had to drive over 30 miles away to get this old junker when there were several just down the road for me. Uhaul Headquarters insisted they were all rented and there was a shortage throughout the Midwest that weekend, but when I inquired in person, their trucks were available the whole time!
Make sure the trucks are kept-up. ( the truck I used the tires was not the best in rain, and the blankets I did not ask for were not folded but I got charged for
no improvement needed
Do not open until 9am.

They didnâ€™t talk me thru anything, show me anything about the truck, just gave me the keys and did not even walk me to the truck. I paid for two days and only had the truck a little over 12 hours. I donâ€™t know if I was overcharged or not.
I rent from uhaul a lot. I wish there was a discount program for people like me. I have rented a transporter three times in the last few weeks for short in town trips.
The woman was very rude charged me money that was not supposed to be charged and she did it anyways plz help me with this matter
