Uhaul phone app is TERRIBLE! I had to redu entire info that I did online to make reservation, then could not get app to check me in. Clerk had to do for me. THEN, truck was dirty. Big mud pile in back, front seat covered in white dust, pop caps in floor and dash, and sticky residue all over floor and cub holder. THEN, to make matters more disappointing, we were over charged on several items and it took me 2 calls to get a refund!!!!! UHAUL, you have really disappointed us. YOU only care about the bottom line of profit... best be working on service and keeping your fleet up to date for the safety of your customers!!!!!!!!!!! Truck had over 145 000 miles on it when we started out.Gordon W.

Allow to drop off with a representative if present after pick up was done through mobile order. It was an inconvenience since I dropped the truck off the same night. Has to go back early in the morning to complete the mobile checkout process to avoid the $20 fee.Basit A.

U-Haul originally sent me a confirmation on a 17' truck. Then I found out they never have a 17' at this location. The driver's side mirror was loose and this created a safety issue. steering on this vehicle is somewhat of an issue. Needs work.John P.

Make sure the associate renting the equipment knows what they are doing, does a full check of the vehicle with the customer before asking for a signature, and will verify that the gas tank is actually full before requesting the customer to bring it back with a full tank.Patrick R.
The trucks wipers are in very bad shape. Would not clean off the condensation on the windows creating poor visibility on a rainy night. Otherwise everything was great.Thomas L.

The location did not have the extra furniture pads that I had preordered. I needed 24 and all they had were the 6 that came on the truck. I would rent from the UHaul location in Naperville or Plainfield before I rented from here again.Matthew B.

Over an hour to access system on line, check out the truck and leave. Totally unacceptable. Truck size not true to advertised dimensions. Checking back in also took too long. Numerous system apprehension/manipulation difficulties. Uhaul software very confusing, not user friendly.RAI C.
I booked a one way and the clerk would not let me rent it claiming that it was in town only . she blamed uhaul for the issue when it was clear that it was her fault that she was lacking knowledge. She did not tried to help at all. Wasted hour and a half of my time whole the movers were at my house. Finally I called the uhaul customer service and they were able to force this lady to rent what I had ordered. The worst customer service ever. Moving day is stressful as is, don't add to it by screwing with someone's order. When I went back to get the truck, the woman didn't even apologize. Hope uhaul ends tie with this place.Kyung K.
