I expected to see something other than a drop box, which I didn't see at first, at the location like someone to actually talk to. I had no idea where to park the truck and had to call.

This process was more challenging than i expected. The technology was cool but frustrating to get through. As for the location - it is a secluded parking lot behind a multi use office building. There was no one around except some folks going to church. Also, finding a parking lot when you expecting the normal uhaul location made it more difficult. You should add some words to the listing so people know what to expect. The truck was clean and ran fine so no issues there. Oh, the lock box attached to some random wall was unusual as well.
