The Lady in the office was nive and helpful. There is an older man there who has a nasty attitude. When he took the rental trailer of my vehicle he didn't say a aord. I ws left sitting the about ten minutes waiting for him to return. to finish undoing the trailer. He should have said thank or get the hell out of here so I would leave.. He also did not give me the light hook up attachment that I had to purchase because he told me mine was no good. the 1 I bought was no better. The tail lights on the trailer did not work. I needed the trailer so I took it without the tail lights working. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know to not go there.

I reserved a 20 ft truck weeks in advance. Days before my move I was told only a 10 ft was available but I could have it for 3 days and at a discount. This worked out for us but barely.

The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Not sure it was so much this location as it was U-Haul as a company. Never had a worse experience than this time moving with U-Haul.

Better distance and time for pick up. Both of us in the household work during the day and we had to have this picked up by 4:30....and it was 45 minutes from where we live! We had to take time off work to go get the rental. FRUSTRATING. I called and they were no help. I asked for options and they indicated my option would be to cancel my reservation.

I reserved a 20' U-haul. The morning of my move I was told by 'Patty,' (NOT at Fogarty Garage, but from U-haul itself), I could 'choose' between a 15' U-haul in the same city or a 26' U-haul a 26-mile round trip away. Take it or leave it. I don't believe the company (U-haul) made any attempt to get me the 20' that I wanted & I had to settle. Not happy with U-haul and will not recommend to others.
