Employees were very friendly but we did not get told we had to fill out an online questionnaire to do check on damage on truck from our phones before leaving with the truck. We also did not get told if we drop off truck after hours we have to do another online form to drop it off.

The requested equipment was not available (appliance dolly). The truck was ready and worked well. They had to refund the charge for the dolly and we had to drive 30 miles to another dealer to get it. Also, when turning in the truck after hours, there's no way to provide feedback about the truck.

Unfortunately I couldn't pick up where I reserved. I had to get a ride 30 miles away to pick up. I was notified the day before even though I reserved it several days before.
