I rented the trailer under to pretense that the trailer would be sufficient for hauling a 2015 Corvette Z06. However, due to front end clearance issues, I( ended up not using the trailer at all due to concerns with reverse loading the vehicle due to potential stability issues on Louisiana roads. Upon returning the trailer to the original pickup location, I was still charged nearly full price when I should have been advised of the likely problems I would run into up front.

I never requested a dolly.. Found out there was already a dolly in the truck when my movers already had dollies. I didn't move me!!! I had movers to move me. They location is now telling me that once the green tag was removed from the dolly that I was to be charged for it. They never told me this upfront!!! I will complain till I am blue in the face!!!! Of course the dolly was moved cause we needed that space it was taken up!!!! I'm beyond upset!!!!

Youngs Tobacco was closed. No personnel available. Lot was clean. Called the drop off number on the sign, gave them the trailer number and dropped the trailer around 6 PM on Saturday. That was it. Very easy and convenient. Thanks, Michael McClintock

I have no negative feedback at this time. My dealer was efficient the equipment was ready and I was in and out with my equipment in less than 20 minutes. Overall this dealer was well-informed and equipped for what I needed.

Store was closed for drop off. Trucks, equipment, etc. outside were in a little disarray. No obvious location to leave truck.

I made my reservation with Jeremy for the Orange, Tx location because Beaumont, Tx didn't what I needed. The scheduling dept never called me so I called and spoke with Troy. He said Orange, Tx didn't have what I needed now but Beaumont, Tx did. I was happy with this and just had to wait for them to call me and set up the pick up. They called and we set up a 7:30am pick up. Upon arrival at the Beaumont location we were informed they did not have what we reserved! They then offered us a drivable and a towable but rented the towable as we were standing in the store!! He then located what we originally reserved at the Port Neches, Tx location. We then had to drive there and picked up the unit. This location was very accommodating! He opened before their hours of operation, explained everything fully and was very polite! We dropped off the unit in Lake Charles, La. They were very polite and professional. Overall I do not think I will use UHaul in the future, it was very stressful and uncertain.

We got a 26 foot 1way rental, the truck has a real bad vibration that will not go away at any speed. The truck would not go above 60 and cost me 500 in gas to come from Texas to Fla. The truck should have never been rented for a 1 way haul. The miles on truck were also very high.
