Odyssey Auto Sales is a disgusting joke of a rental location! I stood the entire time as I didn't want to stick to anything. The entire place needs an enema. The owner has zero clue on what he is doing and I'm hoping U-Haul does right by their customers and revokes the rental privileges of this location. My 10 minute pickup turned into well over an hour with SEVERAL calls to 800 go U-Haul. I had done everything in my state to set up my rental before even flying to Florida to pick up what was left of my parent's stuff, post hurricane. I finished up everything stated in the app as well and pickup should have been a snap. Instead I got an incompetent owner who could have just clicked a button and printed my existing contract and it would have automatically charged my credit card… but that didn't happen. First he changed me to a 1200 mile in town rental and tried to get me to sign it without looking it over first. He charged my card over $1 500 but it didn't even go to uHaul. When I was on the phone with 800 go U-Haul they were asking if I had paid in cash… meaning that incompetent owner took my money as if I were buying one of his trashy cars he has for sale. In the end he just transferred the U-Haul to the MI location I was going to, so I made the 1200 mile trip without being on a valid contract. This location is just a nasty stain on U-Haul as a company which is sad as I've used U-Haul 20-25 times where they've generally gone above and beyond. Bottom line, the guy has NO business being a U-Haul dealer and I highly recommend never even walking into that crappy car lot! …and if anyone from U-Haul corporate is reading this, just go look at the disgusting place for yourself and read the pages of notes on my case. I'm sure you'll agree to remove rental privileges from the location.

Was returned same day
Jennifer PGuy scammed me for 1900 dollars. Thankfully uhaul just gave me the truck, but at every location ive been to nobody seemed to know what they were doing. The box of the truck leaked and ruined a lot of my stuff. Im also about 3 grand poorer now too after everything, and that came out of my college fund to move. The entire trip was a disaster.
