The store was closed so we waited 30 mins and finally someone showed up. We reserved a hand truck but they dos not have one. I wouldn't have rented from this location if I would have known that.

The place had a sign on the door that said they were closed due to non payment of the lease. The uhaul lady on the phone told us to take it there and they had no one there so she told us to just leave keys in the truck and she’ll make a note And tell thier corporate company. Uhaul is poorly mangaged annd handled all around. Very port communication. Went to two locations before that to return this truck and they both turned us away because they had no room after we booked them. No text or emails sent out saying they couldn’t take the truck. Only after we got there were we told no. Had to waste gas driving around finding a new place.we won’t be using uhaul again with this experience.

KENNETH ZI received the truck with gas gauge reading 5/8 Drove 40 miles and put 4 gallons of gas in and was charged $43 for gas Way overcharged
Kenneth ZThe lady who rented me the truck was amazing, but unfortunately the experience after that was terrible. I dropped the truck off after hours because the location was closed. The next day, I was charged for an extra rental day, extra insurance, and gas charges that should not have been added. I had to contact corporate to get my money refunded. The extra gas charge issue was never properly resolved. Very disappointing experience. I will not return to this location again.
