There isn't anywhere to park. We had to park on 18th which was recommended but didn't feel entirely safe and it's a long block to walk around. The people who work here are great, just needed a better place to park.Karen S.

Although the staff when we went to pick up the truck was friendly and helpful, the previous manager did not have the truck ready when it was supposed to ( for an early pickup), and we had to wait for the morning crew to arrive. This led to a misunderstanding about the fuel level, and we ended up paying to fill a quarter tank, after only driving 18 miles. I asked about a credit for this, and was told to contact the UHaul area sales manager. So far, my call has not been returned. The location has a tiny parking area, and the track was backwards to traffic, and so difficult to get out and going. So, the physical location was the major issue. Again, the people we dealt with at pickup were very friendly and helpful, but we all missed the fact that the fuel tank had not been filled.David T.

Your mobile check in/check out system is so incredibly frustrating. It took me an hour totally to get both checked in and checked out while I stood in the cold. It doesn't work in all browsers and there's no indication of what browser someone should use for the best experience. When I tried to call customer service for help I was left on hold. Totally unacceptable. Also, using a mobile check-in service should be fast. Don't use it as an opportunity to try to sell me things I already told you I didn't want when I put in my reservation.Kristen B.

Honestly, go back to what UHaul used to be. I have been a customer all my life (I'm 52 years old) and after this last experience I won't be. Somehow my reservation was for online pickup which I did not want. I spent over 2 hours calling for help and no one could give me a solution which delayed my move.chris F.
you might consider leaving a users manual in the car, for people that aren't as familiar with the automatic form of labeling the gears. and perhaps warn them of the blind spot in vision in the diagonal. this van is ideal for moving things in storage. The only thing is that the van's dashboard had an "oil change needed" message. I did report that to the office before I left and there were no other vehicles on-site, and we were assured that it would be fine. However, I was surprised at the gas mileage and wonder if the van needing an oil change might have impacted how the car was running? We drove approximately 60 miles and the care went through almost a half a tank of gas.Lisa T.

I reserved the truck online to save time, uploaded documents, etc. Was given the choice to check in with person, or do self check out. I chose person. When I arrived, I was told in-person check in was not an option, and I had to do self-check out. So, standing in the parking lot, and fussing with my dumb phone, I had to create an account and do everything while standing next to the truck. Such a pain in the butt. I wasn't able to provide any documents there (because they were all at home), I provided phone numbers for verification, and it felt like it took forever to get verified because I was standing in the parking lot the whole time. I wish I had been told online that my only option was self-check, and I could have completed it all from home before I even got there.Crystal T.
Jeremy who works at this location was SO helpful! I was having difficulty doing my online contactless check in and he helped walk me through all of it and eventually transferred my reservation over to a physical one so I could pick up my van.
