This location only had one person working when all the customers showed up to pick up their trucks for the day. This meant that with four people ahead of me when I showed up 15 minutes early to pick-up the truck I had reserved, I had to wait almost an hour to get the truck. Also the trucks rolling door was stuck in the UP position so I had to ask the one person working to come out and try to fix it. When he couldn't he called someone else and finally got the door down.This took an extra 15 minutes and I am sure the people behind me in line were waylaid as well.

This experience was outstanding! Top notch service and they quickly and easily accommodated my request to change the reservation. I especially appreciated this location after the one I initially selected called with nothing but excuses. Vans finds solutions! Whatever you’re doing, you’re doing it right.

I stood there for close to an hour before receiving the key with only one customer in front of me. The staff were rude and seemed to lack basic understanding of the system. They choose to take calls and trouble shoot other issues before offering service to the present customers. I will NOT use uhaul for my next move if this is the type that of service/location they deem worthy to represent their brand. My experience with booking the reservation was equally as poor. I scheduled the trailer on-line for a Sunday 4:00 pick-up. I filled out the on-line check-in forms that are supposed to speed up the in-person check-in. This location was supposed to be open until 5:00 (as shown on-line). I arrived about 4:15 and learned that the uHaul workers had left at 3:00. I phoned the national uHaul number. After about 25 minutes on hold I talked to representative who gave me a phone number to call for the local owner. I called the owner. The owner gave me a phone number for one of his employees. I phoned that number, and talked to the employee, who said he would come in so I could get my trailer. When I went to the office and met the employee the employee was very grumpy about having to come in again and acted like it was my fault. I did finally get my trailer, after wasting about 1.5 hours. When driving the trailer at night I found out that although the brake lights and turn signal lights did work, the night running lights did not work. I turned in the trailer one day early, for a total of 2 days instead of the 3 days I had indicated on the form I filled out. I was charged correctly for 2 days. However, I did not get the discount that the local manager said he would give me, in compensation for my trouble, when I talked to him on the phone. In summary, it was a negative experience wasting so much time to pick up the trailer and dealing with an unfriendly and grumpy employee, the trailer lights were faulty, but at least I did get my trailer and it worked for my purpose. If you have a choice, I would recommend a different uHaul location, not this one.

Online app says the key drop off box is an orange box- this was not the case at the location I went to and so I spent a good deal of time looking for where to drop the truck keys.

Great location, great service. There were some paper scraps in the truck from the last person and one of the dome lights inside were off and hanging, but the truck it self was well maintained and drove very well.

Operator was almost 30 minutes late to open the store—acted inconvenienced when he showed up and three patrons were waiting. Seems like this could be resolved by including more lock boxes and self-service opportunities.

My experience with this location was absolutely horrible. I should have known it would have been bad from my first phone call with them. I had missed a call from your number and when I called back, the guy seemed to have no idea what he was talking about. He also kept saying my appointment was at 9AM, and I had to keep correcting him and tell him 9:30AM. (I have the proof of this in my original email.) Cut to day of appointment. I arrive, 9:30AM. I tell them I'm there to pick up a 15ft truck, a tow dolly and a handcart to use for boxes. Apparently the dude gave my truck away, so he had to have the guy who took it drive BACK and had to give him another truck. Then the guy give me a truck. I ask him, "Hey, so where do I hook up the tow dolly?" He says, "Oh shoot. Do you need that today?" Yeah. I kinda need my tow dolly for my one day truck rental. I thought it would be nice if he helped me set it up, but apparently I knew as much as him considering he didn't seem to know anything about how to put it on. ALSO. I asked, "Hey, I should put my car in Neutral, right?" He told me, "Oh, no, put it in park. That's fine." When I got to the location in Corvallis, the dude looked at me like I was crazy. I knew I should have gone with my gut and just kept it in neutral like I had originally planned. After over an hour, I finally got the truck out of there. I drove the truck down to my current place, less than a mile away. When I got there, one of the tire straps had come undone. I had to re-attach the strap myself, and you know what? Never came off for the 70 mile trip I took down to Corvallis. Now, I will admit I made a dumb mistake and left my hand cart in my new apartment. I asked the guy in Corvallis if I could return it the next day, and he said it would be no problem. Cut to the next day, I'm bringing the cart back. I let this new guy know I'm bringing it back, what the Corvallis guy said, yadda yadda yadda. Turns out, THE GUY DIDN'T EVEN START MY TICKET. Keep in mind, I had already received my receipt/this form. But there was my ticket, still waiting to be started. (Which also had the wrong time set.) The dude just started complaining about how his week was almost done, and he wasn't really sure how to fix it. At this point, I just told him to let me know if there were any changes and left. Look, I know this is really long and just a bunch of complaining but that's because my service was so awful. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

There is no signage telling customers where to park the trailers. The staff was more interested in helping people on the phone than standing there in person. It took about 20 minutes to return the trailer and I was the only customer there. Also, the place is filthy!

The kid working there was great. That was the good part. The bad part, your prices are high, so I always feel ripped off. Plus, the U-Haul locations are pathetic, and this was as pathetic as they come. It's obvious that the money isn't going into facilities. This facility was a closet without AC on a 100F day. If he dies of heat stroke, you guys are liable.

The employee in the store was 45 minutes late to open. This caused some delays in our rental plans. On the positive side while this store was not helpful, U-haul customer service seemed to be on top of it.

Your app was awful!! Photos take forever to upload during check-in and after being on the app 10 minutes, it booted me out claiming the BACK of my license wasn't clear enough (even though it was) then the guy inside (where I waited 15 more minutes) claimed I was a "late arrival" even though I said I'd been out in the lot with the app since 9;45! He didn't ask me anything about damages to the vehicle which I'd tried to report multiple times ont he app, and didn't even ask to see my license! The lot is disgusting and full of trash and I had to ask him to move a truck with a customer just left in the middle of the right-of-way.

I was charged twice by these guys. One $82 charge then a fraudulent $68 charge a couple days later. Also had a different person check me out and they don’t really keep their trucks in top shape.

Tall, younger guy at front counter with the tattoos was really friendly and pleasant to work with. Looks like he's new, but he really had a good customer service attitude. He was a helpful and fun part of the experience. He totally took care of a wiring issue on the trailer that had been covered up by the previous renter, too. He was on it. It was a good experience.

Everything was fine, but the app made the process take much longer. kept saying it could not find my location while all location services were on for it. Then it wouldn't respond to anything. I experienced this at both pick-up and drop-off and still had to talk to you an attendant to get help
