The truck had damages to it. Damages such as scratches and dents all around the truck. When driving the truck it felt as if I was driving a stick shift.

Charged for mileage I didn't use
Eileen B.I paid before I picked up the truck everything went great I dropped the van back off 20 minutes earlier and a week later they send me an email saying I need to pay more without explaining why. It's unprofessional and even disrespectful. You can't even tell us what your charging us for, and on top of that their giving me a 30$ late fee included and it's only been one week and the first notice saying anything about an additional payment. I have lost all respect from them. Never again
