I didn't realize I was supposed to tell anybody when I dropped off the truck because they were closed. I just dropped the keys in the lock box.

It was advertised for 19.95... ended up being 29,95 which turned into $45 which turned into $100 for 24hrs.. I extended my rental for another 24hrs & they told me it would be $45 ended up $255.. Am I stupid or does shit not add up...I also replaced the gas I used...

Jonathon T.I was redirected for pick up and drop off. Pick up was not a big deal, but the drop off location was much further away. The gentleman who handled my pick up was very nice and efficient.
Brian D.There was a drop box outside the building but no indication that the staff inside the store could help me and wasted valuable time trying yo return the truck online. There should be some indication that of the truck is returned during business hours that the staff inside can help.
