Quoted a price and then charged double the quoted price. Very rude customer service rep. Christine W. Argued when asked to speak with manager withhom I conducted transaction with. Keep wanting to argue that I was wrong and refused to take a message. I went 43 miles and dropped the truck back to station with a full tank of gas ,which had 7/8ths of a tank when picked up. Very unhappy with the way business has been conducted after the transaction. Still awaiting to hear from Uhaul rep and or Mgr that specifically said he made an error and Uhaul would be accountable to return refund of overcharge of $50 to my account. I hope this business will come thru and do the right thing and make good for errors that have occurred in all aspects. Sincerely, Carrie D.
