put cruise control on the trucks to reduce wear and tear on those with back or hip problems. Also, the step up to the trucks can be a bit high at times for those with back or hip issues; perhaps a collapsible extra step akin to those on RV's would be a great boon to drivers. Getting up and down several times yesterday in and out of the cab became painful after a while (two back surgeries). Thanks.

The truck I rented ran fine generally, but the right headlight did not work and the left was angled poorly, which made night driving very difficult. We got by using the hi-beams, but that is not good for the other drivers on the road. I would also say the windshield wipers need to be replaced.

Hard to get in contact with them locally. My grandson checked out their web site (Willowbrook Outfitters) and since they closed at 5 he left his working job early to picked the truck up at 5 pm. I had scheduled it for 7 to have plenty of unrushed unload time, because I knew it would be at least 9 AM before we could start loadeing at the start point in True, WV. So, having better contact numbers.

Vehicle was almost out of gas and since I had no way of knowing what gas mileage it got I had to fill it up. They ended up getting 1/4 tank of gas out of me and then had the nerve to tell me I should have put less gas in it. I told them if they had given me a vehicle with a full tank of gas I could have returned it with a full tank of gas and we wouldn't have had a problem. The appliance dolly had wheels that were sticking and wouldn't roll. A complete disaster.

The location was fine so I do not want to give someone innocent a bad review. But as far as my actual UHaul experience, it was terrible. It took hours to get the UHaul I ordered and I sat in multiple calls with customer service for hours. It put my family And friends loading stuff in the UHaul until 2am. Just to get a couple hours of sleep and go unpack everything at my new house a few hours later. The experience was so overwhelming and caused me to have an anxiety attack. Most of the customer service agents we spoke to were no help. We even got hung up on after the 25 minute hold twice. The only person able to help us was a manager that we didn't even get to talk to until 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled pickup appointment.
