I asked for an appliance dolly and was charged for one and furniture pads and never received either. I complained and still didn't get my $17.00 back. I was promised that someone would get back to me in 48 hours and that never happened either. This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with U-haul.

There was shards of glass on the ramp and melted crayons which got onto some of my belongings. Also, the check-in process was very cumbersome and inconvenient. I had to upload pictures of my driver's license several times. The system showed they were uploaded successfully, but for some reason would not allow me to proceed with the check-out process, thus delaying the process significantly. I had a 10am appointment to check-out the truck and wasn't able to drive away with the truck until well after 11:00am; delaying my move significantly.

Location was convenient the online booking was fine but when we picked up we had to submit way too many phone numbers there were 3 of us and that wasn't enough. It took way too long to actually pick It up the website is not user friendly

I understand that with the virus things are a little weird, but why would you give me the option to pick it and everything in person if when I get there they're going to tell me I have to do it all online. Then the website wouldn't recognize my location even though I was standing right by the barcode, then the barcode scanner wouldn't work. It took over an hour to get the truck I ordered, then I had to go into their office anyway because they didn't give me the appliance dolly I ordered.

This is the reason i put not applicable, because my pickup time was for 10am and it took the lady there at armor storage until 10:30 to get me set for the rent on the pickup which only gave me 31/2 hours instead of 4 hours and i need to have the pickup back by 2pm because someone had it rent for that time. I feel that it really kind of rush me. and the understanding i got was for a 4 hr rental. I hope that this info will help you with customer service in the future.

Only place we could rent a pickup even though there was a "standard" U-Haul store within a mile. Very happy with the sales, service and experience.

I was told there was a pickup truck .5 of I mile away from me when I made reservations. The pickup was located 12 miles away. 24 of the miles out of 33 miles used were picking up and dropping off the truck.
